Skordalia Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| White bread slice | 10 | |
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
Peel and crush the garlic not just a clove, but the entire head.
Remove the crusts from the white bread, and place the crustless bread in a mixing bowl.
Add the garlic along with the olive oil and white vinegar.
Let this soften for 1 hour.
Beat with an electric mixer until all is smooth.
Then add the lemon juice, and slowly add the water while the mixer is running so that you will have a thick and fluffy sauce.
