Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan blend cocoa and sugar and gradually add hot water.
2. Let it cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, such that mixture boils, let it boil and stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Put in milk and heat thoroughly.
4. Stir occasionally and take care to not let it boil.
5. Take off heat and add vanilla.
