Skillet Tuna Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 green pepper, cut in slivers | ||
| 2 tablespoons cooking or salad oil | ||
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tuna | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Cook onion and green pepper until almost tender in hot oil in a large skillet; stir occasionally.
Mix in the tomato soup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon peel and juice.
Bring to boiling; simmer 5 minutes.
Mix in the tuna, separating it into small pieces.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve with fluffy hot cooked rice.
Garnish with toasted sesame seed and chow mein noodles.
