4 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 pounds summer squash, cubed
1 tomato, cut in wedges, optional
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon dillweed or fresh dill
Directions
Heat oil in medium skillet; cook onion until soft.
Add squash, tomato, and seasonings.
Cover skillet; cook for 10 minutes.
Do not allow squash to get mushy.
