Skillet Summer Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Summer squash | 1 1/2 Pound, cubed | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon dillweed or fresh dill | ||
Directions
Heat oil in medium skillet; cook onion until soft.
Add squash, tomato, and seasonings.
Cover skillet; cook for 10 minutes.
Do not allow squash to get mushy.
