Skillet Franks In Beans Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or corn oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 cans baked beans
1 package beef frankfurters, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
1 tablespoon original Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add onion and garlic to skillet; saute 2 minutes.
Stir in beans, frankfurters, molasses and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
