Skillet Tuna Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup diagonally sliced celery | ||
| Green pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/4 cup finely sliced green onions | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cracked black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg noodles | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream | ||
| Pimiento | 1 , diced | |
| Slivered almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Saute celery, green pepper and green onions in butter until tender, but not brown.
Add mushrooms with liquid, sherry, tuna, salt, pepper and marjoram.
Reduce heat; cook, covered, 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Carefully stir cream into heated tuna mixture; remove from heat and spoon over noodles.
Garnish with pimiento and almonds.
