Skillet Sombrero Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Frozen corn package | 1 , thawed | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoning mix package | 1 | |
| Corn chips package | 1 | |
| 1/2 cup grated | ||
| Cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute" beef until browned.
Stir in corn, tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion, and seasoning mix.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Arrange chips in ring around edge of skillet.
Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture; heat until cheese melts, 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve pie directly from skillet.
