 Fresh snow peas-1 pound
 Green onions with tops -1/2 cup, chopped
 Celery-3/4 cup, diagonally sliced
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash pea pods, trim ends, and remove any tough strings.
2) In a bowl, add first 5 ingredients, stir and keep aside.

MAKING
3) In a large skillet, heat oil and saute peas, green onions, and celery for 2 minutes.
4) Add corn starch mixture and cook until thickened. Keep stirring.

SERVING
5) Serve skillet snow peas with celery hot.
