Skillet Hash Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 cups cooked beef roast, cut in 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| 2 cups raw potato cut in 1/2 -inch cubes | ||
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| Beef broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Melt butter in skillet; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover; cook over low heat, stirring often, till potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook 5 minutes more.
