Skillet Ham and Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients

| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound | |
| Small green onions - 4 , chopped | ||
| Medium carrots - 2 , scraped and thinly sliced | ||

| Tomato sauce - 1 (8-ounce) can | ||
| Commercial Italian salad dressing - 1/4 cup | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1 In a n electric skillet, add all the ingredients except rice.
2 Cook, covered at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender.
