Skillet Fish with Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Tomatoes - 1 cup, coarsely chopped | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Haddock fillets | 1 pound | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and combine all ingredients in it except fish and lemon juice. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until carrots become tender.
2) Add lemon juice and fish, spooning vegetables over fish.
3) Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until fish begins to flake easily.
SERVING
4) Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
