Ingredients

 Onion4 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Tomatoes - 1 cup, coarsely chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Basil leaves1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Haddock fillets1 pound
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and combine all ingredients in it except fish and lemon juice. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until carrots become tender.
2) Add lemon juice and fish, spooning vegetables over fish.
3) Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until fish begins to flake easily.

SERVING
4) Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
