Skillet Creamed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Medium-size potatoes -6, boiled | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Pimiento stuffed olives- 2 tblsp, finely chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Dice the cold boiled potatoes
2. In a large skillet, tip in the cream and the potatoes and mix well. Heat gently over medium heat till the cream starts to bubble over the potatoes.
3. Add the onions and the olives to the pan and mix again. Add the salt and pepper to season and garnish with paprika and parsley
SERVING
4. Serve hot at once
