Skillet Corn Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen corn package | 1 , thawed | |
| Milk | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Fat for frying | ||
Directions
Drain corn in strainer, pressing slightly against sides.
Measure corn liquid and add milk to make 1/4 cup.
Mix all ingredients except fat until blended.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into 1/2 inch of hot fat and fry until golden brown on both sides.
