1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
1. In large skillet over high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook tomatoes, sugar, and salt, stirring tomatoes and shaking skillet often, just until tomatoes are heated and skins start to wrinkle. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
