Ingredients

 900 g swordf ish
 45 ml garlic vinegar
 Olive oil80 Milliliter
 Lemon peel5 Milliliter, grated
 3 ml each of onion powder, garlic powder, oregano
 5 ml cracked bay leaves
 Cilantro15 Milliliter, chopped
 Salt5 Milliliter

Directions

Cut the swordf ish into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes, skewer with bamboo skewers, place in a shallow pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
Marinate in the refrigerator covered for 2 hours.
Broil over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade frequently.
