3. Cut 6-7 stalks of green onions into 4½ inch long pieces.

5. Tenderize by pounding the beef strips against the grain with the back of the blade of your kitchen knife.

Maangchi has a very unique Korean recipe in this video, its Pasanjeok or skewered pancake with beef, onion, asparagus and carrots. The dish looks very yummy and its interesting to watch Maangchi cut the vegetables into equal lengths and prepare it with great ease. Along with the Pasanjeok , she makes a very easy peach dipping sauce to go with the it. Just a few simple vegetables and few steps towards a great appetizer.
