Marinade
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
 
2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) rosemary
 
1/2 tsp (2 ml) chili powder

3 lb (1.4 kg) lamb from leg, in 2 in (5 cm) cubes

Directions
