Skewered Lamb and Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground pork | 500 Gram, minced | |
| Ground lamb | 500 Gram, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| 2 onions, peeled and finely chopped | ||
Directions
Put pork and lamb into a large bowl, and season well with salt and pepper.
Mix well, then shape into small sausages, and thread 4 or 5 to a skewer.
Cook over a charcoal barbecue, or under a grill, turning once, until cooked.
Serve with finely chopped onions and red pepper puree.
