Sizzling Cheese Bites Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |

| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, softened | |
| 3 1/2 ounce can French fried onions | ||
| 10-ounce bar sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes cooking oil for deep fat frying | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese and oil in large mixer bowl.
Beat at medium speed of mixer until well blended.
Coat cheese cubes in batter.
Fry, a few at a time, in 1/2 inch hot oil (350° F.) in skillet, 30 to 60 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
