Six Layer Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) can retried beans
2 large avocados, peeled and mashed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (16 oz.) jar hot picante sauce, drained
3 cup tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced jalapenos to taste (optional)
Directions
Spread beans in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Stir garlic powder and garlic salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise into avocados.
Spread over beans.
Carefully spread sour cream over avocado layer.
Spoon drained picante over sour cream.
Top with a layer of tomatoes, then green onions and cheese.
