Siu Mai Recipe
Ingredients
| 24 won ton pi wrappers | ||
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound | |
| 1/2 cup minced ham | ||
| 1/2 cup surimi (fishcake base) | ||
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine ingredients and place a heaping teaspoonful in middle of won ton pi wrapper and bring up all ends like a flower and squeeze gently between thumb and fingers at the top of the meat mixture.
Steam for 20 minutes.
