Ingredients
| 2 lbs. beef sirloin steak, cut about 1 1/2 in.thick | ||
| Onion | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Lemon | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili Sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Brown steak on both sides in a small amount of fat in a large skillet with a heat-resistant handle.
Remove from heat.
Season with salt.
Arrange onion and lemon slices to cover meat.
Cream butter and mustard together; blend in the chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder.
Spread mixture over onion and lemon.
Pour cocktail vegetable juice into skillet.
Bake at 350°F 20 to 30 minutes, or until meat is medium rare or well done.
