Sirloin Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound top sirloin, cut into 48 1/2i-inch cubes | ||
| Canned unsweetened mandarin orange sections | ||
| Soy sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Alternate 4 pieces of meat: with 4 mandarin orange sections on small skewers or bamboo picks.
Arrange in single layer in shallow pan.
Pour soy sauce over, cover and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator, turning several times.
Run under broiler or barbecue to desired doneness.
Arrange on serving platter.
