Sirloin Steak On Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| 24 mushrooms, stems removed | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Rub meat cubes with garlic.
Add remaining garlic to melted butter in a small pan.
Thread meat and mushrooms alternately on 6 skewers.
Salt and pepper them.
Roll them in the butter or brush the butter on them.
Place on rack 3 inches from broiler unit.
Turn to brown all sides, 5-10 minutes.
Pour any remaining butter over skewers and serve.
