Ingredients
1 heavy beef sirloin steak, cut 3 inches thick
Accent
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Sprinkle both sides liberally with Accent, salt and pepper.
Put on rack in open pan at 300° for 2 hours.
Medium well, medium rare and rare slices may be cut from this roast.
