Directions
1. Place banana discs in freezer for one hour.
MAKING
2. Once frozen, place discs in a food processor and pulse until a cream forms. You will need to help it along with a spatula, at times. This process will take a few minutes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
SERVING
3. Scoop and serve immediately.
TIPS
If desired, add cocoa powder, fruit purees, nuts or whatever else you’d like to add to your ice cream.
