Ingredients

 
1/4 cup Greek-style non-fat yogurt
 
1/4 t vanilla
 
1 t powdered sugar
 
1 sweet digestive biscuit
 
1 t melted salted butter
 
mint leaves, for garnish
 
2 orange slices, for garnish

Directions

Put biscuit in a plastic bag, crush it in crackers.
In a bowl combine butter and crackers.
Mix them well.
Take a cookie cutter, spray non-stick cooking oil inside the cutter.
Put the cutter on a plate, pour your cracker inside the cutter, and press it well.
In a bowl combine yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix them well.
Pour it over the cracker, spread evenly on top.
Remove the ring.
Put the cracker in the freezer for a minute or two to set.
Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices, enjoy!
