Ingredients

 Greek non fat yogurt1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Vanilla1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Powdered sugar1 Tablespoon
 Sweet digestive biscuit1 Medium
 Melted butter1 Teaspoon
 Mint leaves1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
 Orange slices2 Medium (For Garnish)

Directions

Put biscuit in a plastic bag, crush it in crackers.
In a bowl combine butter and crackers.
Mix them well.
Take a cookie cutter, spray non-stick cooking oil inside the cutter.
Put the cutter on a plate, pour your cracker inside the cutter, and press it well.
In a bowl combine yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix them well.
Pour it over the cracker, spread evenly on top.
Remove the ring.
Put the cracker in the freezer for a minute or two to set.
Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices, enjoy!
