Yogurt Cheesecakes Recipe Video
Sin-less Greek Yogurt Cheesecakes are a favorite dessert for children. A digestive biscuit or graham crackers are the main ingredients for the cheesecake. Colorful garnishing makes the dessert a favorite dish for everyone.
Ingredients
| Greek non fat yogurt | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sweet digestive biscuit | 1 Medium | |
| Melted butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mint leaves | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish) | |
| Orange slices | 2 Medium (For Garnish) |
Directions
Put biscuit in a plastic bag, crush it in crackers.
In a bowl combine butter and crackers.
Mix them well.
Take a cookie cutter, spray non-stick cooking oil inside the cutter.
Put the cutter on a plate, pour your cracker inside the cutter, and press it well.
In a bowl combine yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix them well.
Pour it over the cracker, spread evenly on top.
Remove the ring.
Put the cracker in the freezer for a minute or two to set.
Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices, enjoy!
