Simplified Lahmajouim Recipe
Ingredients
| Refrigerated biscuits | 8 Ounce (1 Pack) | |
| Ground beef | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Chopped parsley | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lean ground lamb | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Chopped green onion | 3 | |
| Chopped green onion | 3 | |
| Chopped fresh mint/0.5 teaspoon dried mint | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Canned tomato sauce | 8 Ounce | |
| Canned tomato sauce | 8 Ounce | |
| Grated jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Roll out each biscuit on a lightlyfloured board to a thin round about 5" in diameter.
Arrange rounds slightly apart on two large, greased baking sheets.
Divide filling into 10 portions; spread evenly over surface of each biscuit.
Be sure to spread the meat clear to the edge of the biscuit as the meat will shrink while baking.
Sprinkle cheese over the meat.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 min.or until meat is cooked and biscuits are crisp.
Serve hot as they are or rolled up and fastened with wooden picks.
