 Chicken bouillon cubes8
 Boiling water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Saute green pepper and onion in oil in large skillet until tender.
Add rice, salt, and pepper; stir until rice is evenly coated with oil.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Add chicken and bouillon to rice mixture.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
