Simple Vegetable Souffle Recipe
Simple Vegetable Souffle is an easy to prepare recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Cup Best Food Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Cooked & Finely Chopped Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Corn, Beets, Summer Squash), well drained
Always use Green Pepper
4 Egg Whites
Directions
Very gently stir flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise.
Do not over mix.
Stir in milk slowly.
Stir in vegetables.
Beat egg whites until stiff, gently fold into mayonnaise mixture until well blended.
Pour into a greased souffle' or Corning Ware casserole dish that is 1 1/2 qt.size.
Bake on 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
Important: Serve immediately
