Ingredients

 2 tablespoons unrefined oil
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 2 or 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
 8 large tomatoes, cut in large chunks and blended until smooth
 Sea salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce or 1 more teaspoon sea salt
 Raw honey1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon each chopped chives and parsley

Directions

Heat a large, heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add the oil, onions, and garlic and saute until soft.
Add the blended tomatoes and then all the other ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, over a low heat until bright red and thick.
If too thin, cook a little longer or sprinkle 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder over the sauce.
Let soften, stir, and simmer 5 minutes more.
