1 cup nonfat dry milk
3 cup water
2 tsp. sugar to taste
Vanilla extract
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. For a variety of flavors, replace vanilla extract with banana, cherry, or maple extract.
2. Freeze in a shallow paa
3. Just before serving, thaw slightly and break into small chunks. Whip until soft. Spoon into 4 dishes. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.
