Simple Salmon Jumbos Recipe
No one can stop at just one is my claim for this recipe of Simple Salmon Jumbos. No other ingredient will make Simple Salmon Jumbos taste so yummy than Salmon. A great Main Dish recipe is one like this. This is an ideal dish to include in today's menu.
Ingredients
1 can (about 8 ounces) salmon, drained boned and flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large cucumber, pared
12 slices white bread, toasted and buttered
2 medium size tomatoes, sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, shelled and sliced
4 large pitted ripe olives, each cut in 4 slices
Directions
Combine salmon, mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl.
Cut a 2 inch long piece from cucumber; set aside for garnish in Step 4; slice remaining.
Layer each of 4 buttered toast slices this way: Salmon mixture, cucumber slices, toast, tomato and egg slices; top with remaining toast, buttered side down.
Press wooden picks into sandwiches to hold in place; cut each sandwich diagonally into quarters.
Cut saved cucumber into matchlike strips; thread several through each olive slice; place on picks.
