Recipe Story

I started to make this as an alternate to lunch when I had to cook only for my soul. It turned out to be a hit when I presented it to my family as a quick healthy fix. It satisfies you as it invloves a lot of chewing.

Ingredients

 
1 green pepper
 
1 carrot
 
6-7 green beans
 
1 stalk celery
 
7-8 cherry tomatoes
 
half cucumber
 
1 onion
 
6 tbsp yogurt
 
2 tbsp black salt
 
1 tsp dry mango powder
 
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
 
1 tsp coriander powder
 
black pepper and salt to taste

Directions

Chop all the veggies into small pieces. Mix in the yogurt and the dry masala. Mix well. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
