Simple Herbed Rice Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups chicken or beef broth
1 cup long grain rice
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Directions
Combine broth, rice, onion, and parsley in 2-quart microproof casserole.
Cover and cook on HI, 12 to 14 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand, covered, 10 minutes, or until all broth is absorbed.
