Simple Chicken Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, diced (turkey may be substituted)
1 cup celery, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cup chow mein noodles
Directions
Combine all ingredients except noodles; mix well.
Gently fold in 1 cup noodles.
Spoon mixture into 8 inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining noodles.
Bake in 350°F toaster oven approximately 40 minutes or until casserole is hot.
Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
