Simple Takoyaki Recipe Video

I made Takoyaki dessert using Mini Yukimi Daifuku :D Yukimi Daifuku is mochi ice cream manufactured by LOTTE. It is quite popular ice cream sold over 30 years since 1981, so I think you can find it at Japanese grocery stores overseas! I remember I found it in NY and Mitsuwa in NJ! Takoyaki is a ball-shaped Japanese dumpling. Watch this video and learn what it is ;)
