Simple Seafood Newburg Recipe

| 1/4 cup milk or half 'n half | ||
| 1 pound seafood, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces | ||
| 1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained | ||
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In 1 1/2 -quart casserole dish, combine soup, peas and milk.
Heat, covered with glass lid, at medium 4 to 5 minutes; stir once.
Add remaining ingredients.
