Simple Seafood Newburg Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas, defrosted
1/4 cup milk or half'n half
1 pound seafood, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 to 3 tablespoons sherry
Directions
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine soup, peas and milk.
Cook, covered with lid, at MEDIUM 4 to 5 minutes; stir once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through; stir once.
Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
