Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the bread lengthwise into half and place it cut side up in a shallow baking pan.

MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, milk, and paprika. Mix to combine.
3. Pop bread in the oven and broil for about 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
4. Spread cheese mixture evenly on top and broil further for about 1 or 2 minutes or until cheese mixture is melted and is beginning to brown.
5. Remove from the oven and place it on a large serving platter.
