Directions

Cook the bacon, drain grease, let cool and then crumble. Chop up red pepper. In one bowl combine the first three ingredients. In another bowl, mix together the last three ingredients until nice and creamy. Pour the miracle whip mixture over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Before serving, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, just to chill a bit. Also great to eat right away.
