Ingredients

 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1 To taste
 Radishes20 Large
 Imitation butter flavouring - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, put together water, salt and a generous grinding of pepper; bring the liquids to boiling.
2. Stir in radishes; cover and cook for about 8 minutes until radishes are crisp-tender; drain well.

FINALISING
3. In a bowl, place the radishes and add flavouring and vinegar; toss lightly.

SERVING
4. Serve Simmered Radishes with any main dish.
