Simmered Beef Liver Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp cayenne
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of garlic salt
Salt and pepper
1 lb beef liver, cut into strips
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
14 oz canned tomato sauce
Directions
On a plate, combine flour and spices.
Dredge liver strips.
Set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Fry onion and liver strips all over 2-3 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.
