Ingredients
| Silam 100 gms | ||
| Dried chilli 5 pods | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/2 inch | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Roast the Silam and dried chilli in a pan for 10 minutes.
Grind roasted Silam and chilli with ginger and salt in a mortar.
Mix lemon juice to taste.
