Ingredients

 Silam 100 gms
 Dried chilli 5 pods
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Ginger1/2 inch
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Roast the Silam and dried chilli in a pan for 10 minutes.
Grind roasted Silam and chilli with ginger and salt in a mortar.
Mix lemon juice to taste.
