 6 swordfish, shark, tuna, wahoo or mahi mahi steaks
 Sicilian Sauce
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon (Sicilian Sauce:)
 Thinly sliced onion1 Medium, separated into rings (Sicilian Sauce:)
 Whole peeled tomatoes4 Small, chopped (Sicilian Sauce:)
 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
 1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
 Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sicilian Sauce:)
 Capers2 Teaspoon (Sicilian Sauce:)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced (Sicilian Sauce:)
 4 or 5 drops hot-pepper sauce, or to taste
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450F (230C).
Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Oil a baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer.
Arrange fish in oiled dish.
Prepare Sicilian Sauce; spoon over fish.
Cover with foil.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish tests done.
