Sicilian Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 swordfish, shark, tuna, wahoo or mahi mahi steaks | ||
| Sicilian Sauce | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon (Sicilian Sauce:) | |
| Thinly sliced onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings (Sicilian Sauce:) | |
| Whole peeled tomatoes | 4 Small, chopped (Sicilian Sauce:) | |
| 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives | ||
| 1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted | ||
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sicilian Sauce:) | |
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon (Sicilian Sauce:) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced (Sicilian Sauce:) | |
| 4 or 5 drops hot-pepper sauce, or to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |

Directions
Preheat oven to 450F (230C).
Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Oil a baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer.
Arrange fish in oiled dish.
Prepare Sicilian Sauce; spoon over fish.
Cover with foil.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish tests done.
