Sicilian Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
1 16-ounce package hot-roll mix
1 1/4 cups hot tap water
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 pound ground beef
1 medium-sized onion, minced
1 15- to 15 1/2-ounce jar pizza sauce
1 8-ounce package mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. In large bowl, mix flour mixture and yeast in foil packet from package of hot-roll mix; stir in hot water and salad oil to form soft dough. On lightly floured surface, knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
2. Grease 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 jelly-roll pan. Pat dough onto bottom and up sides of pan. Let rise at room temperature 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet over high heat, cook ground beef and onion until pan juices evaporate and meat is browned, stirring frequently.
4. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread pizza sauce over dough; top with beef mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and crust is browned.
