Ingredients

 Bacon fat/Peanut oil2 Tablespoon
 Chopped onion2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Cooked rice2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Egg beaten2 (Or More To Taste)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste)
 Cooked chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Steamed soy sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs), steamed
 Salt To Taste
 Freshly ground pepper To Taste

Directions

In large skillet or wok, heat fat.
Add onion and saute, stirring, until golden.
Stir in rice and saute for 3 minutes.
Add egg mixture, turning it into rice.
Do not keep stirring or rice will become sticky.
Add chicken and soy sprouts, turning carefully once or twice.
