Shrimps Stuffed Potato Recipe

Ingredients
1 large microwave potato in the jacket
1 tbsp deveined small cooked shrimps
1/2 chopped green chilli
1 tsp grated onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp finely chopped celery
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 thick slice of tomato
Directions
Cut the top off the potato.
Scoop out some of the centre and cool the potato.
Mix the scooped potato with the above ingredients except tomato and fill it back into the potato shell and place a slice of tomato on top.
