Directions

First clean the shrimps by cutting like the 2 pieces of hairs in there head part. If some of you knows the right term, correct me please. Then wash with a normal water.

Second, just prepare a wok or just a normal frying pan and make it hot. Once it€™s hot you put the MARGARINE and avoid to burn or else it will taste bitter. Then follow the spices like the SLICED ONIONS, SLICED GINGER & the SLICED GARLIC. After how many seconds you can add the SHRIMPS and add OYSTER SAUCE for taste then sprinkle some BLACK PEPPER POWDER. Then just stir once in a while and wait at least 8 minutes then it€™s already cook. Then place in a dish and put some SPRING ONIONS for garnishing.
