Directions
Stir and cook over medium heat until sesame seed is light golden brown.
Remove from heat and stir in chili powder, cinnamon, and cloves.
Turn into an electric blender and grind.
Add broth and salt; blend.
Turn mixture into a saucepan, mix in lime juice, and heat over low heat, stirring in one direction, until thickened.
Arrange hot shrimp on a platter and spoon sauce over it.
If desired, garnish with sliced green onion and lime wedges.
